The group has achieved yet another successful year, from January up to the summer break, performing two concerts in June for the Trefoil guild and the Harlow Friendship Club. We were very proud to be asked to sing at the Royal Hall in May as part of its 110th anniversary. We sang a variety of music, giving two performances.

It is excellent for balance, memory and reduces stress which benefits blood pressure
and the heart. It is an excellent all round exercise with the session lasting for
one hour. The 10 week autumn term starts on Thursday 19th September from 3.30pm to
4.30pm, and takes place at the Jennyfield Styan Hall, on Grantley Drive. There is
