I was in
London once.
Trying to find
of all things, the
Natural History Museum.
A young girl
National Trails - Environment & Economy, National Trails National Trails - Environment & Economy, National Trails ambled towards
me. Wearing leather,
her hair blue and yellow,
with muticoloured spikes.
Steel rings
in eyebrows
and in her ears
and two in her nose.
Boots,with steel toecaps.
A thought
came to mind
I don’t know why
‘You must not judge
books by their covers’
‘Excuse me
Miss’ I said as
politely as I could.
‘What is the quickest way to
get to the Natural History Museum?’
‘Drop Dead’
She shouted at me.
‘Get stuffed’ she yelled.
And when you come to think
about it. She was absolutely right.
