Christmas Lunch
will be held again at the Cairn Hotel in Harrogate on Thursday 6th. December .
The Hotel is offering a traditional seasonal meal with wine and in the past has proved to be very popular with all who attended.
This year the entertainment will be by the Harrogate Male Voice Choir
Tickets will be on sale at the AGM on 21st September at a cost of £15, and thereafter at the October and November Open Meetings
Cheques made payable to “Harrogate U3A”.

AGM Friday 21st. September 2007

Don’t forget this year’s AGM will take place at the CAIRN HOTEL  Ripon Road, at 2 p.m., but there is more on offer………..

The day has been planned for pleasure as well as business!

Take the opportunity to catch up with friends after the Summer break, and to meet new members.

There will be Group displays from 11 a.m. and after the AGM, when complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits will be served – so do stay a while.

Light lunches will be available in the lounge area at a special price, so you could make it a day out!

Full details are enclosed with this edition of Stray News.

An important part of the business for the day is to elect a Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Membership Secretary, and members of the Committee.
